Challenge
Lots of type styles can turn into a mess. I used size and spacing to show the reading order so it still feels intentional.

Process
I picked black, white, and red because Brody’s work is bold and high contrast, and I wanted the page to feel like his work instead of just describing it. I mixed type styles on purpose, since breaking typography rules is what he’s known for. I kept the bio and quote small so the headline and portrait lead.

Result
A spread that reflects his style, with a portrait, bio, and quote that are easy to read. The black, white, and red palette and mixed type styles feel as bold and high contrast as Brody’s own work, while size and spacing keep the reading order clear.
