Challenge
Showing coffee and ice cream in one small icon without it looking confusing. I also wanted it to feel updated without losing what makes the shop recognizable.

Process
I combined a cup and a cone into one icon because the shop sells both, and I wanted people to get that from the icon alone. I used a badge shape and muted olive and tan because it feels warm and local, and it works as a sticker or stamp.

Result
A clean badge logo that works at small sizes and on cups, stickers, and signs. The combined cup-and-cone icon shows both coffee and ice cream at a glance, and the muted olive and tan feel warm and local while giving the shop an updated look. The old design is the bottom photo.
